At Kurti Lovers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new kurti doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kurti Lovers account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the item you wish to send back.
Pack the Item
Place the kurti in its original packaging with all brand tags and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Hand Over to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please hand over the sealed package to our authorized logistics partner and collect the pickup receipt.
Quality Check and Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
